Healing a body piercing can occasionally be a difficult task for some folks - whether that be due to lifestyle choices (such as the need to frequently remove jewelry for sporting events or when regularly wearing a motorcycle helmet), the body’s unexpected responses to a new piercing, stress, and other contributing factors.

Thankfully, many of these difficulties are simple to identify and even more simple to solve. Often my recommendation will be to return to a gentle aftercare regimen and allow the body to heal naturally.

Throughout my career as a professional piercer, I have offered troubleshooting and assistance services to the public free of charge, both to my own clients and to people who were pierced elsewhere. Doing so has brought me a great deal of joy, and often involves the pleasure of recommending clients around the world to visit great piercing studios I’ve personally visited.

Please use the form on this page to contact me directly with any questions or concerns relating to your existing piercing or piercings. In a follow-up email, I may ask for a clear photo of the piercing in order to better understand the difficulty you may be facing.

Please allow a fair amount of time for responses via this form. My working hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 12pm through 6pm. During those times, I am working directly with local clients either in person or via digital platforms. My time spent with outside consultations is done on personal time, and is generally limited to keep me as sane as possible.

If you are in need of emergency assistance, please contact either your local medical professional of choice or your local piercer directly.
